These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AYCEAI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 to create your own account. A child under 18 may use AYCEAI only through an account set up by a parent or legal guardian, or by a school, and only after the required consent has been provided (see our Privacy Policy and Consents page).
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Verification charge, trials, and subscriptions
- Verification & trial. A one-time $5 charge verifies parental consent and grants 15 days of limited access. This is a one-time charge and does not renew.
- Professional membership. Full access is $39/month (or the price shown at checkout), billed monthly in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility, where applicable, is handled per our billing practices and applicable law. [Insert refund terms / confirm with counsel.]
- Prices and taxes may change with reasonable notice and apply to the next billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to share or resell account access; copy, scrape, or redistribute our curriculum and materials except as allowed in the service; bypass access controls or usage limits; upload unlawful or harmful content; or use the service to build a competing product or train a machine-learning model.
5. Intellectual property
The service, including curriculum, lessons, quizzes, software, and design, is owned by AYCEAI or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own (or your child’s/students’) learning. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to host and process it to operate the service, including with our AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI-generated content — disclaimer
AYCEAI uses artificial intelligence to generate lessons, quizzes, and feedback. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. The service is an educational aid, is not a substitute for professional instruction, and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee any particular educational outcome. Children should be supervised by an adult.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYCEAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.
8. Termination, changes, and governing law
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes; continued use means you accept the update. These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
